Internship Opportunities.

HÉMIN Co. opportunities are designed for individuals who value growth, curiosity, and meaningful contribution within evolving media and digital environments.

Social Media & Digital Operations Intern (Remote, Project-Based)

HÉMIN Co. is an emerging institutional media company focused on building thoughtful, future-facing media, digital, and narrative systems. We are offering a 3-month, flexible, remote internship designed as a structured learning and professional development experience for individuals looking to build practical skills in social media, digital content, and online media operations. This is an extracurricular, project-based internship, ideal for students or early-stage professionals seeking hands-on experience alongside their academic or personal pursuits.

Program Structure

  • Duration: 3 months (with strong potential for extension or longer-term collaboration)
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Commitment: ~6 hours per week (2–3 working sessions, flexible)
  • Model: Project-based (focused on outcomes, not logged hours)

Learning & Development Incentive

This internship is unpaid and primarily structured as a training and capacity-building opportunity within a growing institutional media environment. To support participation and engagement within the program, HÉMIN Co. may offer a performance-linked monthly stipend positioned as a contribution towards learning, personal development, and project involvement throughout the internship period.

What You’ll Be Involved In

Your role will evolve across structured learning tracks and real project contributions. Responsibilities may include:

Social Media & Content Development:

  • Creating and scheduling content across emerging brand platforms
  • Writing clear, engaging captions and basic copy
  • Managing and growing new or early-stage social media profiles toward defined milestones (engagement, consistency, positioning)

Digital & Media Operations Support:

  • Supporting website and content publication workflows
  • Assisting with coordination and communication with new and existing contributors/authors
  • Organising and managing shared content using cloud-based systems (e.g. OneDrive)
  • Supporting basic digital coordination across ongoing media and content projects

Baseline Requirements

  • You must have an active personal or project-based social media page that demonstrates a basic understanding of content and platform use
  • Basic familiarity with tools like Canva and general social media functionality
  • Foundational writing ability (clear, simple copy)
  • Taking initiative on assigned projects and the ability to make intelligent suggestions

What We’re Looking For

We are intentionally selective about mindset over experience. This role is best suited for individuals who are:

  • Growth-oriented: genuinely interested in learning and improving
  • Self-motivated: able to take initiative without constant supervision
  • Teachable: open to feedback and able to apply it practically
  • Curious and adaptable: willing to explore new tools, ideas, and workflows
  • Structured in thinking: able to follow through on tasks and deliver outcomes

What You Will Gain

This is not a traditional high-volume corporate internship. It is a focused, early-stage, project-based engagement within a growing media institution, offering:

  • Direct exposure to real digital and media workflows
  • Practical, hands-on learning (not just observation)
  • A foundation for future roles in media, digital strategy, and content systems
  • Opportunity to work directly with international stakeholders/business/media executives with insights into global industries
  • Guidance towards building a portfolio of independent work/achievements in enterprise environments

Strong performance may lead to extended collaboration or transition into longer-term roles as the company evolves.

Eligibility (Role expectations may differ depending on candidates level)

  • Bachelors/ OND / HND Industrial Training students
  • General undergraduates
  • Recent graduates
  • Early-stage professionals seeking entry into digital/media work
